What You Get


For the second and subsequent years we will charge your payment card £24.99 per month and you will continue to get:

  • A .uk domain name. We will renew the domain name when required.

  • Our webmail 100MB package (normally £3/month) more info on our webmail packages
  • Liquid Accounts mid level accounting package (normally £30/month) more info

During the buying process you will be able to select your company domain name out of those that are available to register. After payment you will need to visit the pre-registration details page of our admin section to complete the details of your new company registration:

  • Registered Office
  • Statement of Capital
  • Company Director
  • Optional Secretary
  • Shareholder

After the company is registered we will email you your certificate of incorporation, send the domain name for registration, submit referral forms to Barclays, and set up your webmail and ecommerce packages. At this point we will email you instructions on how to access the control centre to administer your webmail and ecommerce.

You can also use our admin section to notify Companies House electronically of director and secretary appointments, resignations and change of details, or change registered office after formation. This is absolutely FREE. You can also file your annual return with us electronically at year end at a cost of £25.
